There is an additional Handling Charge of £2.00 on all orders automatically applied at the checkout This charge goes towards the cost of packaging as all goods are despatched in tissue in lace/satin/organza pouches or boxes.

UK orders for up to £39.98 will be sent by 1st Class mail.

All UK orders greater than £39.98 will be sent Registered (Next Day Delivery - UK only) and will need to be signed for.

All jewellery is gift-wrapped and delivered within 48 hours, subject to stock. 

Although we carry most items, overwhelming demand can deplete supplies and re-ordering can incur a longer waiting period. In these cases customers will be notified by email or phone call.

Cheques, including PayPal e-cheques and postal orders are also accepted. Simply send us your order in writing, with a cheque or postal order for the goods + postage, made payable to:

OVERSEAS ORDERS ARE PLACED AT THE CUSTOMERS RISK. STAR LOOKS BY DIVA WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT. 

Star Looks by Diva will not accept responsibility for order lost in transit when delivery is requested to a business address.

Most items are held in stock and will be despatched to you within 3 working days from receiving your order. Star Looks By Diva do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances. If you are resident in the UK or Ireland and have not received your goods within 7 days of placing an order, please contact us immediately on 07702 5682830. All overseas orders please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If your order goes missing in transit, we will send you a MISSING ORDER DECLARATION FORM which you must fill in and return to us. This allows us to escalate our enquiry with the Royal Mail Service. Following the outcome of our enquiries a refund or replacement may be issued at the discretion of Star Looks By Diva.
